It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Jean Beard of Dover, Tennessee, who passed away on November 2, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband Ira Gibson Floyd; her son Michael Lee Floyd; and her brother Donnie Beard. She is also survived by four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
