She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Austin and Ruth Wilson Austin; her husband James Gordon Armstrong; and her siblings, William Austin, Ruby Peacher, Lois Decker and Lorraine Caseldine.
She is survived by: her sons, Mike Armstrong (Debbie) and Bobby Armstrong (Deana). She is also survived by six grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
