He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Allen and Pearl Allen. He is survived by: his wife Ann Allen; and his children, David Allen, Michael Calhoun, Kenneth Calhoun (Autumn), Leslie Wood (Carl) and Betty Estes (Tomi). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
