We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2021, at the age of 63, Amanda Scruggs of Dover, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George H. Williams and Elizabeth Whitehead of Dover, TN.; and her husband William Scruggs. She is survived by: her sons, Dwayne Vanzant (Rebecca) of Dover, TN, Scott St and Aubin (Kimberly) of Southhaven; and her granddaughters, Teresa Allen and Mary Ann Castile (Phillip) of Indian Mound, TN.

Those attending the service are requested to wear face masks and practice social distancing.
