He is survived by: his daughter Monica; his son-in-law Joseph "JJ" Jaco; his grandchildren, Andre Goins Jr. (MacKenzie Soon), Ivy Jaco (Chris Stone), Joseph Jaco Jr., Shae Jaco and Daisy Jaco; his great grandchild Baby Goins; his sisters, Nancy Donovan, Angela "Cricket" Reeves, Patsy Scott (Jimmy) and Shaun Donovan; his father-in-law Henderson Smiley Jr.; his siblings-in-law, Sandra Reddy and Jerry Smiley; his pets, Jake, Titan and Zoey; his close friend Clayton Scott; and his friend Donna. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews & one great great nephew.
