He is survived by: his sisters, Connie Hendrix and Beth Rountree Smith (Dennis); his aunt Nelda Thurston (Ray) of Murfreesboro; and his children, Stacy Louise Dice of Chicago and Alyssa Noel Kelcher of Hopkinsville, KY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
