She is survived by: her children, David House (Susan), Julie House, Diane Clark (Tim) and Joni Smith; her grandchildren, Eric, Ryan Humphreys (Kristen), Tyler House, McKinley Clark and Kendall Smith; and her great grandchildren, Chloe, Kollynns and Cody.

Family has requested to make donations to Kindred Hospice.
