She is survived by: her children, Bill Middleton (Linda), Renee Vogel (Richard) and Keith Middleton (Diane); her grandchildren, Jeremy Vogel, Abby Smathers (Matt) and Lake Middleton; her great grandchildren, Bentley, Collin Smathers and Teagan Vogel; and her siblings, Bob Maxwell (June Kay) and Evelyn Writesman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
