It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Highers of Dixon Springs, Tennessee, who passed away on June 20, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Banks Samuel Highers Sr. (Huck); his brothers, Banks Samuel Highers Jr., Henry Griffith Highers and George Hampton Highers; his father Huck; his wife Patricia Nave; his children, Stephea Elizabeth Highers Webb (Richard) of Nolensville and William Bart Highers (Suzanne) of Gallatin; his grandchildren, Canton Phillips, U. S. Navy, Virginia, Lilia and Lucy Highers; his sister Barbara Jean Highers Hackett of Green Hills; and his niece Patricia Nave Highers. He was also cherished by friends, cousins, nieces and nephews.
