He is survived by: his wife Jennifer McCay; his daughter Kaylee McCay; and his siblings, Dwight "Smokey" McCay (Donna), John Paul Pike (Melodie), Thomas Pike (Izzy), Rebecca Pike, Sandra Pike and Elizabeth Young (Jerry).
