He is survived by: his wife Catherine Mary Chandler; his sons, Tim Chandler (Sarita) of Dickson, TN, Robin Chandler (Sheila) of Hickman Co and Shane Chandler (Amanda) of Dickson, TN; his daughter-in-law Tanya Chandler; his brothers, Bobby Chandler of Bon Aqua, TN, Johnny Chandler (Marcia) of Burns, TN and Ricky Chandler (Darlene) of Dickson, TN; his grandchildren, Amanda Clecker (Jeremy), Krisstyna Mathenia (James T.), Blake Chandler (Morgan), Austin Chandler (Courtney), Kristen Vanmatre (Clark) and Corey Napper (Rebekah); and his great grandchildren, Brody Chandler, James B. Mathenia, Everly Cleckler, Joelene Chandler, Charleigh Chandler, Rory Chandler, Shane Mathenia, Haisten Cleckler, Brayden Stanley, Briar Vanmatre, Mason Brent, Henry Napper, Bennett Vanmatre and Riley Napper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

“Our deepest condolences in the passing of Woody. I first met him as a kid when he repaired my grandmother’s TV a couple of times. I would later work with him at Dickson PD and enjoyed the years getting to know him and sharing stories with each other. I appreciate the time we had together. May God, give each of you comfort and peace at this difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Jeff, Jenny, Josie, Jared and Lexy Bledsoe”
