He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Billy" Moore, Sr. and Gail Borden Rader. He is survived by: his wife Jana Moore; his children, William "Bubba" Moore, III and Stacy Tipping (Jesse); his grandson Michael William Peyton Tipping; his siblings, Debra Ann Baker (Larry) and Harold Dean Moore (Nancy); and his sister-in-law Pauletta "Pauline" Groves. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews.
