We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Virginia Ann Propes of Dickson, Tennessee, born in Waverly, Tennessee. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Christopher Van Hamm and Elizabeth Jackson Hamm; her husband Sonny Propes; and her siblings, Leo Hamm, Peggy Hafner, Thelma Murtha and Audrey Hamm.

She is survived by: her sons, Jeremy James (Sharon) of Knoxville, TN and Brian James of Dickson, TN; and her siblings, Sandra Hicks of McEwen, TN, Bo Hamm (Sandra) and Karen Lackey (Philip) of White Bluff, TN. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
