She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Tackett and Darlyne Tackett. She is survived by: her daughter Melinda Jeffries of Dickson, TN.; her siblings, Ricky Tackett of Omaha, NE. and Penny Butrick of Bellevue, TN.; her grandchildren, Hayley Cartwright (John Austin), Austin Jeffries, Max Johnson and Benjamin JohnsonAs; and her husband Vance Bouchard. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
