He is survived by: his wife Wanda Burgess Hayes of Dickson, TN; his children, Kevin Hayes (Kim) of Vanleer, TN and Tammy Hayes Wright (Jerry) of McEwen, TN; his siblings, Jim Hayes (Carol) of Nashville, TN, Billy Ray Hayes of Dickson, TN, Jamie Hayes (Sandy) of Charlotte, TN, Paul Hayes (Wanda) of Dickson, TN and Linda Dotson (Jimmy) of Dickson, TN; his grandchildren, Kaytlyn Cole (Garrett), Laurel Hayes, Kaylee Hayes and Kolby Wright; and his great grandchild Allie.
