He was predeceased by: his brother Carl. He is survived by: his wife Kitty; his son Adam Mayo (Sarah); his grandchildren, Addison, Abigail, Audrey and Aiden Mayo; and his siblings, Janice Frakes, Mike (Frances) and Steve Mayo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
