She is survived by: her significant other Gary Lee Shadowens of Dickson; her daughters, Kim McClendon (Frank) of Dickson, Stacy Powers of Nashville and Sandy Bellar (Matt) of Nashville; her sister Teresa Defore (Timmy) of Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Donald, Bryan, Austin, Lacey, Nathan, Joseph, Alyssa, Gracie, Kaylei, Lauren and Brooklyn. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
