He is survived by: his children, Tes, Landon and Zachary; the mother of his children Amy Smith; his parents, Angela Smith of Benton, KY and Steve Smith of Nunnelly, TN; and his siblings, Ethan Smith, Melissa Smith and Mandy Newborn. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
