She was predeceased by: her grandparents, J. C., Earlene Bellar, James and Louise Hayes; her aunt Marlene Hayes; and her cousins, Keith Bellar and Derrick Cothern.
She is survived by: her parents, Larry D. Hayes and Cynthia Bellar Hayes of Dickson, TN; and her close friend Shara Tisdale.
