She was predeceased by: her father Ira Henry Cook. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Hyndman; her grandsons, Dalton Cook, Justin Cook and Dustin Cook of Bon Aqua, TN; and her siblings, James Cook, Ray Cook (Jackie) of McEwen, TN, Mary Profit and Katie Cook. She is also survived by Several Nieces & Nephews.
