He was predeceased by: his daughter Madison Moore. He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Moore and Jayne Tadych Moore; his children, Sam Moore and Miranda Britt Lawton; and his sisters, Monica Moore (Jack Klopman), Christine Carter and Tina Moore. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, cousins and other family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
