He was predeceased by: his parents, William Turner and Mary Frances Christian Ellis; and his sister Vivian Gail Ellis. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Engelman Ellis; his daughters, April Dawn Wallace (Chris) and Brandi Jeanane Mackin (Dustin); his grandchildren, Ellis Cole Edwards, Emmaleigh Grace Mackin, Addison Faith Mackin and Brilee Hope Mackin; and his siblings, Becky Jeanette (Ricky), Jerry Ellis, Bill Ellis, Jr. and Randy Ellis (Lynn). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, along with a host of other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McDonald Funeral Home, Inc. - Hickman County (102 West End Ave, Centerville, TN 37033). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
