He was predeceased by: his father Vincent Neal; and his sisters, Debbie Bellar and Vicky Lynch. He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Mangrum (Michael) of Charlotte; his brothers, Don Bellar (Elizabeth) of Dickson and Scott Bellar (Julie) of Dickson; his grandchildren, Abbey Mangrum of Charlotte, Carter Mangrum of Charlotte and Emily Mangrum of Charlotte; and his close friend Ronnie.
