He was predeceased by: his mother Evonne R. Miller Tate; and his wife Carrie Lynn Warren Tate. He is survived by: his father William N. Tate; his sons, Brad Tate and Ryan Tate; his grandson Keelan B. Tate; his sister Wendy Cunningham; his nieces, Aimee Sadoski (Daniel) and Katie Hall (Kameron); his brother Buddy Tate (Angie); and his nieces and nephews, Amanda, Nicole, Chelsea and Nicholas Tate.
