Tate; his sister Wendy Cunningham; his nieces, Aimee Sadoski (Daniel) and Katie Hall (Kameron); his brother Buddy Tate (Angie); and his nieces and nephews, Amanda, Nicole, Chelsea and Nicholas Tate.
