He was predeceased by: his parents, Cody LeMaster and Agnes Marie Curtis LeMaster; and his wife Marjorie Ann "Margie" Bartram LeMaster. He is survived by: his children, Cody Forrest LeMaster (Janet) of Dickson, TN and Melissa Lyn Barker (Chris) of Tennessee Ridge, TN; his brother John Ralph LeMaster of Covington, LA; his grandchildren, Summer Elizabeth, Robert Cody LeMaster and Kaitlyn Marie Watson (Chris); and his great grandchild Justin Nikoli Watson.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Shriners Hospital in Lexington, KY.
