He is survived by: his children, Bryan Biggers of Pleasant View, TN and Mary Neville (Justin) of Pulaski, TN; his grandchildren, Morgan Biggers, Georgia Spurlock, Garrett Spurlock, William Watson and Michael Watson; and his great grandchildren, Raegan Smith, Ryker Smith, Leon Watson, Liam Watson and Brynlee Gayle.
