He is survived by: his wife Mary Madelyn Sadler Blakely of Dickson, TN; and his sons, Michael Rex Blakely (Lisa) of Murfreesboro, TN, Timothy Darrell Blakely (Vickie) of Dickson, TN and Jonathan Glynn Blakely of Charlotte, TN.. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren 16 Great Grandchildren.
