He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobert McCoy and Doye Tidwell Seals; and his brother Anthony Wayne Seals. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Batey Seals of Dickson, TN; his daughter Brittany Seals Floyd (Jason) of Gallatin, TN; his grandchildren, Bryce Matthew Floyd, Ellyott Grace Floyd and Emmersyn McCoy Floyd; and his sisters, Reba Smith (Eddie) of Beaumont, TX, Faye Meadows (Tom) of Dickson, TN, Linda Cashion of Dickson and Martha Downing of Bon Aqua, TN. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews and several great nieces.
