She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn Spann (Donnie) of Dickson, TN; her granddaughters, Carla Spann (Eric Sease) of Bellevue, TN and Keri Howell (Joel) of White Bluff, TN; and her great grandchild Greta Howell of White Bluff, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
