She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Ray Simmons and Patricia Lynne Harris Simmons; and her brothers, Ronnie Simmons, Bryan Simmons and Alan Simmons.
She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Hanvy; her children, Ashley Jackson, Rachael Smith (Abraham), Tarah Rhoda, Rebekah Napper (Corey) and Isaiah Hanvy; and her siblings, Lynda Simmons, Brendon Simmons and Martin Simmons.
