She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Hooper and Alma Lane Hooper Street; and her grandson Andrew Choate. She is survived by: her husband Danny Shumate of Dickson, TN; her daughter Danielle Choate (Lee) of Dickson, TN; and her grandson Matthew Choate. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
