He is survived by: his parents, Roger Dale Forrest of Mobile, AL and Saundra Lynn Forrest of Dickson, TN.; his sisters, DeAnna Cunningham (Tommy) of Dickson, TN and Crystal Kay Forrest of North Carolina; his grandmother Peggy Osborne of Dickson, TN; his aunts, Patsy Forrest of Cookeville, TN and Joy Stinson of Dickson, TN; and his nephews, Daylon Cooper and Keondre Jackson. He is also survived by Several Other Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Spann Funeral Home (1961 Hwy 48 N, Dickson, TN 37055). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
