She was predeceased by: her parents, George Tubb and Mary Eleanor Crouch Cooksey; her husband Rev. Roy J. West; her daughter Mary Lou West; her grandson Wade Morgan; and her brothers, William Cooksey, George Cooksey, Haden Cooksey, Henry Cooksey, Norman Cooksey and Jesse Rook Cooksey.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara West Morgan (David), William Reed West (Bonnie) and Brenda Lee West Scott (Mark); her grandchildren, Sam Morgan, David Morgan, Jr., Sarah West, Michael West, Barrett Scott, Rachel Scott Barton, Stephen Scott and Eleanor Scott; her great grandchildren, Jewell West, Killian Tabor, Ashley Morgan, Briley Morgan, Colten Morgan and Egan Barton; and her sister Phoebe Swift of Cheyenne, WY. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
