She is survived by: her husband George Butterworth; her children, Steven Butterworth (Amy) of Pleasant View, TN, David Butterworth of Bon Aqua and Dianna McGee of Bon Aqua; her sisters, Joann Davidson of Dickson and Linda Fralix of Columbia; and her grandchildren, Amanda McGee, Justin McGee, Cory Butterworth, Cole Butterworth, Josh Butterworth, Ben Butterworth and David Butterworth. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
