She is survived by: her daughter Vanessa McClendon (William Phifer); her brothers, Walter Nickens, Billy Nickens (Carolyn) and Marion Nickens (Dorris); and her grandchildren, James McClendon, Joey McClendon, Louis McClendon, Frank McClendon, Khia McClendon and Hazel McClendon.
