We are sad to announce that on June 3, 2022, at the age of 90, Leona Ruth Farmer of Dickson, Tennessee, born in Apollo, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Leslie Farmer; and her sister Rebecca Makosy. She is survived by: her children, Vicki Adams, Linda (Kyler Thomas), Ruthann (Steve Fryer), Michael Farmer and Donald (Nici Farmer); her brother Don; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Foy of Ohio. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren.
