He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Taft Watkins and Audrey Mae Tummins Watkins; his wife Carolyn Steins Watkins; and his brothers, James W. Watkins and Jerry G. Watkins.
He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Watkins VanAssche of Chesapeake, VA and Lisa Elizabeth Watkins of Michigan; his sister Virginia A. Murrell (Martin) of McEwen, TN; his grandchildren, Michael Delia (Becky) of Florida, Ryan VanAssche of Virginia, Em Giles of Michigan and Lauren VanAssche of Virginia; and his great grandchild Maya Delia of Florida, Several. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Close Friends.
