He was predeceased by: his grandfather Bates Adkins. He is survived by: his parents, Jimmy Spicer of Dickson and Scarlett Davis Wortham (Anthony Ashworth) of Burns; his daughters, Kaisleigh Spicer of Dickson and Miranda Pace of Dickson; his stepbrothers, Cody Joseph Ashworth and Hunter Wayne Ashworth; his nephews, Braelyn and Kase Fann; and his grandparents, Larry, Jane Davis and Laura Alice Adkins.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made at F & M Bank for benefit of Kyler's daughter, Kaisleigh Spicer.
