She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Bartley and Norine Bowen Bartley. She is survived by: her husband Michael Leon Howard; her children, Mellony Anderson (Steven) of Columbia, Tennessee and Gavin Howard (Monse) of Dickson; her grandchildren, Emma Anderson (Matthew Eisler), Evan Anderson, Sawyer Howard and Leon Isaac Howard; and her sister LaDonna Stokes of Owensboro.
