It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joyce Lamirand Brock of Dickson, Tennessee, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on June 16, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold Hillaker and Lucille Margaret Fox; her sons, Ricky Pickens and Dewayne Lamirand; and her brothers, Thomas Newman, Mike Patterson and Harl Clark.

She is survived by : her children, Robby Pickens (Donna), Randy Pickens (Rhonda), Marvin "Chip" Lamirand (Shanna), Helen Murphy (Murph), Linda Caban (Ruben), Kathy Tremblay (Gaetan), Lillie Swaw (Mike) and Diane Brock Melton; and her grandchildren, Julie, Justin, Jason, Becky, Nathan, Abigail, Matthew, Elizabeth, Mitchell, Marisa, Shane, Cheryl, Daniel and Stephen. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, June 21st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home (214 N Main St, Dickson, TN 37055). A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
