It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnnie Burton Donegan of Dickson, Tennessee, who passed away on February 23, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Doss D. Donegan and Addie Vernon Donegan (Booker); his wife Betty Lee Donegan (Martin); and his siblings, James Thomas Donegan, Donald Donegan, Douglas Donegan and Christine Donegan.
He is survived by: his children, Johnny Ray Donegan (Wilma) of Fairview, Tennessee, Brenda Hall (Ernie) of Charlotte, Sara Haddix of Dickson and Joyce Turman (Joe) of Charlotte, Tennessee; and his brother Cecil Donegan of Bon Aqua, Tennessee. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, and Caris Hospice.
