Churchill (Emily) of Nashville, Mary Katherine Churchill Curcio (Michael) of Dickson and Hugh O. H. Churchill (Gwen) of Fayetteville; his siblings, Betty J. Churchill of Chattanooga and Larry R. Churchill (Sande) of Nashville; and his grandchildren, Rosalind, Edward, Margot, Timothy, Josephine, Emmett and Theodore.

In lieu of flowers, memorials should be directed to Hendrix College, Conway, Arkansas.
