He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Hoskins Bozarth; his children, Mike Bozarth (Dacia) of Bon Aqua, TN and Melissa Bozarth; his brother Lewis Bozarth of Lebanon, TN; his grandchildren, Jonathan Bozarth, Carrie Bozarth, Coty Bozarth, Maegan Bozarth and Matthew Sullivan; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee Bozarth, Kylee Bozarth, Alajya Bozarth and Weston Sullivan.
