He is survived by: his children, Tim Holder (Cinda) of South Lake, TX and Jenae Hayes (Gary) of Burns, TN; his grandchildren, Heather Gardow (Doug), Megan Tanner (Gregory), Leah Balitsky (John Michael) and Luke Hayes; and his great grandchildren, Harper Gardow, Everett Gardow and Reese Tanner.
