He was predeceased by: his parents, Patsy Brown Duke and Dr. Warren Cecil Duke Sr.; and his brother Jon Duke. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Allen Duke of Bon Aqua; his sons, Caleb Duke (Nikki) of Burns and Jacob Duke (Kelsey) of Bon Aqua; his siblings, Patricia Duke Hicks of Munford, AL and Warren Duke II of Talladega, AL; and his grandchildren, Grayden, Halle, Reece, Baylor and Tate.
