She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucas Mays and Delia Shields Mays; her children, Charles Grundy, George Grundy, Linda Grundy and Delores Mays; her siblings, John L. Mays, James Wallace Mays, Richard Edward Mays, Myrtle Thompson, Hazel Wells and Jennie L. Phillips; and her grandchildren, Peyton and Deidra.
She is survived by: her children, Carrie Grundy of Waverly, TN, Sandra Grundy of Waverly, TN, Dreama Grundy of Clarksville, TN, Frank Grundy of Dickson, TN and David Grundy of Waverly, TN; her brother Billy Joe Mays (Jeanette) of Waverly, TN; her close friends, Belinda Adams Ross and Raymond Huddleston; and her grandchildren, Anthony, Eric, Jospeh, Rico, Jashika, Marvin, Erica, Kennitha, Adrienne and Sandra. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren; and 4 great, great grandchildren.
