James Landon Carrington Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Landon Carrington (Dickson, Tennessee), who passed away on January 18, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, J. L. Carrington and Edna Roberts Carrington Day; and his stepsiblings, JoAnn Norman and Jim Ward. He is survived by: his wife Julia "Judy" Marie Cameron Carrington; his daughters, Jena Simpson (Barry) and Kim Snyder (Blain); his grandchildren, Joseph Landon Simpson (Amber), Benjamen Ray Simpson (Elizabeth), Maigan Elizabeth Mayberry (Joe) and Seth Carrington Snyder (Jessalyn); his great grandchildren, Jake Landon Simpson, Avery Gayle Simpson, Joleigh Reese Simpson, Autry Mae Simpson, Cameron Ray Simpson, Makenna Grace Simpson, Owen Cephaus Mayberry and Estella Ridley Snyder; his sister Brenda Jean Tripp; and his half-brothers, Mickey Shane Day and Rickey Wayne Day. He is also survived by his family and spending time with his daughters, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to be made to the Cumberland Youth Camp in Woodlawn, TN.
