“Mr O'NEAL was a great man that loved his country. He was awarded 2 purple hearts. He spent his life after the military helping out numerous veteran causes. But I'll always remember a special moment we had together in the hospital. I told him he was going to have to put on a high pressure oxygen mask because he wasn't getting enough oxygen with the high flow nasal cannula he had on. This war hero started crying. I asked him what was wrong. He said I really wanted to be able to call my wife in the morning. I promised him I would take him off the mask so he could call her. And then he agreed to put it on. Mr O'NEAL was a man that was always thinking of others. And he definitely loved his wife.”
