He is survived by: his wife Arline England (Jackson); his children, Joey L. England (Cyndi), Tracy D. Hudgins (Keith) and Tonya M. Crouch (Keith); his grandchildren, Elisabeth England, Samantha England, Jessica Lincoln, Alyson Weber (Derek), Spencer Crouch and Mercedes Crouch; his great grandchildren, Lorelei Boshers and Dreama Franklin; and his sister Mai Harrison (Tom). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many other family members.
