He was predeceased by: his parents, Epps Carroll Wills and Percy Marie Manley Wills; his wife Floyce Etta Fowlkes Wills; and his siblings, Homer, Hubert, Garland Wills and Jesse Cratty.
He is survived by: his children, James Glenn "Jimmy" Wills, Marie Kathleen Hooper (Willie), Randall Warren Wills (Mary) and Jeff Wills. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
